What the hub brings
One request, one follow-up — The need is stated once, with its quantities, timeframe and delivery location, and followed through to receipt.
Pooled needs — Requests from several companies or sites can be grouped to prepare orders.
Documents at every step — Purchase order, goods-received note, delivery note.
Coordinated delivery — Delivery is planned with the site, where relevant with the group's transport company.
How to state a need
1. Fill in the procurement request and choose "Group company": company, site, contact.
2. Add one line per item: family, description, quantity, unit, specifications.
3. Give the desired timeframe and delivery location; attach the site list or bill of quantities if you have one.
4. You receive an acknowledgement with a request reference, then KTC's reply.
What is covered
All catalogue families, plus off-catalogue needs as project sourcing.
From your brief to follow-up
We start by qualifying your use, essential requirements and receiving constraints. Supplier options are compared on specifications, documentation, terms and lead times. The written offer provides a common basis for approval. After your purchase order, sourcing and delivery are coordinated, and receipt is checked against the agreed requirements.
Before sending your request
Prepare descriptions, quantities and units, essential specifications, desired timeframe, delivery site and contact. Identify acceptable alternatives and attach current drawings or data sheets. Any transport or import arrangements are defined for the project, not assumed as a separate customs service.
