The steps
Receipt at the store — Goods are received and checked against the order; a goods-received note is issued.
Storage — Items are tracked in stock until dispatch.
Transport — A transport order specifies loading, route and consignee.
Hand-over — The delivery note is signed on hand-over; any reservation is written on it.
From your brief to follow-up
We start by qualifying your use, essential requirements and receiving constraints. Supplier options are compared on specifications, documentation, terms and lead times. The written offer provides a common basis for approval. After your purchase order, sourcing and delivery are coordinated, and receipt is checked against the agreed requirements.
Before sending your request
Prepare descriptions, quantities and units, essential specifications, desired timeframe, delivery site and contact. Identify acceptable alternatives and attach current drawings or data sheets. Any transport or import arrangements are defined for the project, not assumed as a separate customs service.
